1. Stay two separate times at a qualifying rate at any TripRewards hotels in the U.S. or Canada* between 9/14/06 and 12/28/06 and receive, in addition to your regular TripRewards points, enough TripRewards bonus points to redeem for a $25 US TripRewards gift card.
   
2. To be eligible for this Promotion and to receive enough TripRewards points for a $25 US Gift Card, you must (i) be a TripRewards member, (ii) register for the Promotion at triprewards.com/stay or by phone at 1-800-FOR-TRIP (1-800-367-8747), (iii) choose to receive TripRewards points in your member profile (see section 5 below) and (iv) stay two separate times at a qualifying rate at any participating TripRewards hotels in the U.S. or Canada* between 9/14/06 and 12/28/06 .
   
3. A stay is defined as any number of consecutive nights at the same hotel regardless of the number of check-ins or check-outs.
   
4. The number of TripRewards bonus points you will receive will vary depending upon your room rate and the length of your 2 separate qualified stays. The number of bonus points you will receive will equal 5500 less the number of regular TripRewards points you earn for your two separate stays, but will be at least 3500 bonus points.
   
5. If you do not elect to receive TripRewards points in your member profile, you will not earn enough total TripRewards points for a $25 US gift card. Instead, you will receive your regular airline miles or rail points for the qualified stays and 3,500 bonus TripRewards points in the promotion.
   
6. You do not have to redeem your TripRewards bonus points for a Gift Card. You can save them or redeem them for another TripRewards reward. See the TripRewards Terms and Conditions at http://www.triprewards.com or in the TripRewards Membership Guide for details about redeeming points.
   
7. You may only earn the bonus points offer twice during the Promotion time period.

Stay Twice and Get a $25 Gift Card - Terms and Conditions

To qualify for the Stay Twice Get a $25 Gift Card promotion to earn enough total TripRewards points for a $25 gift card, the member must (i) register at www.triprewards/stay or at 1-800-FOR-TRIP (1-800-367-8747); (ii) choose to receive TripRewards points in his/her Membership Profile; and (iii) complete two separate stays at a qualifying rate at participating TripRewards hotels in the U.S., Canada, UK, Ireland, Germany and China from September 6 through December 27, 2007. The number of TripRewards points a member will receive will vary, depending upon the room rate and the length of his/her qualified stays. The number of bonus points will equal 5,500 less the number of regular TripRewards points the member earns for his/her stays, but will be at least 3,500 points.
